1. SPONSOR

TSP Rescue Plan Free iPad Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by TSP Rescue Plan (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of TSP Rescue Plan and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins upon publication of the sweepstakes offer and ends at the conclusion of the designated webinar (“Entry Period”).

All times are in the Sponsor’s local time zone.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

Register for the TSP Rescue Plan webinar,
Join the webinar live and be present from the beginning through the end (approximately 90 minutes), and
Drop their full name in the Zoom chat at the beginning of the event for attendance tracking.
Failure to complete all three steps will disqualify an entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor the day after the webinar.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants who meet all entry requirements.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a new iPad with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $300.

The prize is non-transferable, with no cash or other substitution allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

7. NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted via the email address used to register for the webinar.

If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless TSP Rescue Plan, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
